Qmmp is a modular Qt audio player with skinned and conventional interfaces, playlists, metadata tools, effects, visualizations, streaming support, and numerous decoder and audio-output plugins.

Qmmp developed as a Qt audio player whose default interface resembles Winamp and XMMS. The project subsequently added an alternative interface and a broad plugin architecture for input formats, output systems, effects, visualizations, playlists, metadata, and online services.

The project has maintained separate branches for multiple Qt generations, allowing active development to continue while older operating systems receive compatible maintenance lines.
