GTK+ 3 is the GTK 3 API generation of the GNOME-hosted graphical toolkit. The Homebrew gtk+3 formula represents the gtk+-3.0 development/runtime track, including command-line utilities used to inspect widgets, launch desktop files, query settings, maintain icon caches, and support input modules.
